I have actually been to Be'wiched a number of times and have never been disappointed. This time was no exception. One thing to note is they close at 6pm on Saturdays so if you are going to do a Saturday dinner there get there early.
I have tried a few different things here, and this was one of the best. I have a hard time not ordering the asparagus, goat cheese sandwich, but I did not this time and was not disappointed. Everything I have tasted at Be'wiched is excellent. Even the rice crispie bar which I want to get every time I go there, but have always maintained my willpower until now, was way above average. One thing I always do order even though it is a bit expensive is their lemonade...it really is the best I have tasted.
This is one of the best places in the city hands down. So if you haven't already, check it out.

People are saying that the pastrami sandwich at Be’wiched is the best in town. I haven’t tried enough Twin Cities pastrami sandwiches, but it would be very hard to beat Be’wiched for the right balance of quality, quantity, and a kickin’ side salad. I’ve had the pastrami and asparagus sandwiches at Be’wiched, and this time I tried the roast beef. The horseradish sauce could have been a little stronger for my palate, but would be just right for most Minnesotans. The bread has been fresh and delicious every time I’ve been there, and the excellent side salads have always been thoughtfully paired with the sandwiches. They have great iced tea, and they even have beer and wine. Looking at their web site, I might stop in some time for their happy hour. In the store they advertised their breakfast, but there’s no online breakfast menu. The only draw back is that they’re mostly a lunch spot - they close at 6 p.m. Saturdays and they’re closed Sundays. I still highly recommend going there for a fantastic sandwich.
