     •     Lavender and Sage Porkchop $25

     •     Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream $6 (shared)

If you go to Northeast Social 5 pm or before like we did, you can bring a child with little consequence any later and I am not sure how it would all go. The do have the requisite high chair, but it is down in the basement and they will talk about going downstairs to get it. They do have a kids meal that they will make, but it is not on the menu, but it was offered up when we attempted to order the hamburger.

That said this is much more of a non child place and it would be a great date night destination. The food was really very good. My pork chop was amazing. My plan when it was set in front of me was to only eat half (it was huge) and take the rest home, but that did went out the window after I tasted it. It was the best pork chop I have had in a restaurant or otherwise. The side of au gratinish potatoes were very good as well. The chocolate cake for dessert was tasty and we had to restrain our child from diving in head first.

     •     Potato gnocchi stroganoff with mushrooms and creme fraiche $15

I was not impressed with the potato gnocchi stroganoff at Northeast Social. The gnocchi was not bad but not outstanding, but the sauce lacked flavor and killed the gnocchi. I would order something different if I went back.
